For hygiene reasons sleeping bags are not allowed!

We accept Paypal, VISA-
The reception is available from 9 to 11 am
and 3 to 6pm.
For binding reservation advance payment is necessary.
Please note that we charge a service fee for arrivals

Check in from 3 pm to 6 pm.
The reception close at 8 pm. Later arrivals has to be arranged
No arrivals after 10 pm.
We do not accept customers younger than 18 years of age.
The city of Cologne takes a bed tax of 5% per booking.
If you want to book a hole room, please select the full quantity of Guests. The price for the room will shown automatically.
If the full quantity of Guests is not available for a room, beds are already booked and the room is not complete bookable.
There is no entitlement of a certain Room by booking a single bed.
Cancellation policy for booking a bed:
You can cancel 4 days before arrival without charges.
Subsequent cancellation or no show will be charged with the full bookingprice. *
Cancellation policy for booking a room:
You can cancel 4 weeks before arrival without charges.
Subsequent cancellation will be charged with the rate of the first night.
Cancellation within 2 weeks before arrival or no show will be charged with the full bookingprice. *
* A later or outstanding payment dispense the Hostel from the booking. The guest is not dispensed from booking, especially the duty to pay. These policies keep effectivity, if the booking is changed in any form.
Cancellations has to be submit principally in written form per email, fax or postal.
A cancellation become valid, immediately a confirmation is send by Penny Pincher Inn Hostel also in written form.

At group booking we charge a deposit of 50,-
In case of contamination or damage the deposit will be withhold.
